Follow these steps to add a new customer in Tracktile, ensuring all their details are accurately captured for seamless transactions and communications.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide to Customer Onboarding

Step 1: Navigate to Customers

• From the main menu, go to Facility Settings and select Customers.

Step 2: Begin Adding a Customer

• Click on Add Customer to open the customer detail form.

  

Step 3: Fill in Company Details

• Enter the essential information about the customer:
  • Company Name (required)
  • Customer Code
  • Select the Default Carrier

Step 4: Add Contact Information

• Provide the contact details:

  • First and Last Name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Phone Numbers

  Setting Up Billing and Shipping Details for Customers and Suppliers

Step 5: Add Customer Locations

• To add a location, click Add Location and fill in the address details:

  

  • Address, City, Province/State, Country, Postal Code
  • Set the Days in Transit for products to reach this customer. It's wise to add a buffer.
